We hope that shopping with us is an easy and enjoyable experience for all our customers. Our virtual space is designed with your convenience in mind. When you checkout for the first time you create a password-protected account with us where we will save your details for the next time you visit. If you would like to change your details at any time, you can do this in the “My Account” section.


We accept online debit and credit card payments through our partner PayU money. VAT is included in all our prices. Please note that all prices and product information on the Corkiza website are subject to change.


Your order will normally leave our warehouse within 48 hours after you place your order. You can view the status of your order and track it in “Order History” in “My Account” area. Once we ship your product we will send you a dispatch mail with the order tracking number.

We ship worldwide but depending on your country’s laws you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase.




All orders for products are subject to availability.

In the event a product ordered is temporarily out of stock or in any other cause of impossibility to supply the product ordered in due time, CORKIZA shall notify the customer immediately by email, informing the estimated time for supply and informing also the customer that he/she may opt to cancel the order and to be reimbursed. Due to the characteristic of cork fabric, every product manufactured at our factory is Limited Edition. If a product is out of stock we will inform you at the time of placing the order.


CORKIZA reserves the right to remove any product from this Site and to delete or modify any material or contents from this page, at any time.

CORKIZA shall not be liable to the user or any third party, for orders regarding any product removed from the Site, as well as by the temporary or permanent lack of availability of any product in accordance with the provisions above this clause.




All of our items are quality checked prior to being dispatched. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt we will provide a replacement. If the customer considers that a product presents some defect or is not in conformity with the contract at the time of delivery, she/he should contact immediately log in into their account and inform us about such defect sending images or proofs of the problems found.


CORKIZA will verify the information given by the customer and, if necessary, will instruct customer to return the product at our expenses.

In case of default, CORKIZA will replace the defective product within a reasonable time. The replacement of the product returned in accordance with this clause will be subject to its availability. In the case of unavailability, CORKIZA will reimburse the value paid by the customer. Only manufacturing defects are considered. As cork fabric is 100% natural any characteristic feature of the fabric may not be considered as defect but as nature of the fabric. Its beauty lies in it being raw and natural.



We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange your item.

Exchange Policy - We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition, with all tags and labels attached and in original packaging together with the proof of purchase.


Any item which, in our opinion, has been used, soiled and/or is not in its original sale-able condition will be exempt from our returns policy.

Refund policy - We accept refund requests made within 7 days from the date of receiving the product by the customer.

Refunds can only be made to the Credit/Debit Card used to place the order. COD orders are not entitled for refund.

In case refund is accepted by us - Buyer is responsible for the courier/shipping fees incurred in returning the products.

Cancelling an order before it is dispatched

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time prior to dispatch by logging into your account.
